Request: Setting Up Automations with "If" and "Else" Conditions

Currently, it is not possible to set up automations with "if" and "else" conditions, or automations that use a "decision tree".

For example, it is not possible to set up an email automation that sends a second email if the first hasn't been opened, or else creates a task to call the customer.
