Request: Adding Interaction-Based Conditions

Currently, it is not possible to add a condition that uses a customer's interaction to impact an automation's "flow".

For example, if you have an automation that sends a recurring email, you can't add a condition that stops sending this email or starts sending a different email if a customer interacts with the email (e.g. opens it, or clicks links within it to access your site or purchase a product).
