Recommended Image Size for Email Campaign Backgrounds

When creating an email campaign, you can upload your own background image for the outer background. 

The recommended image size for an email campaign background is 1920 X 1080 pixels.

However, when viewing the email, the background width is limited to 720 pixels. Therefore, we recommend that any images used in the background should be for decorative purposes only.

If your subscriber clicks the link to view the full email, they are able to see the full background.
