PayPal Agentic Commerce Services are an AI-powered shopping experience that helps your store reach new customers and grow your sales. With this feature, shoppers using AI tools—such as PayPal’s app or AI chat services—can discover and buy products from your Wix store in just a few clicks.
How PayPal Agentic Commerce Services work
When you add Wix Stores and set up PayPal Payments as your payment provider, your products may automatically become available for PayPal Agentic Commerce Services.
Note:
We’re rolling this feature out gradually, so only some eligible stores currently have access.
When PayPal Agentic Commerce Services are activated, customers use PayPal’s mobile app or other AI shopping assistants to search for products, and your items can appear in their search results. The AI agent then guides the customer to complete their purchases using their PayPal wallet.
Orders received through PayPal Agentic Commerce Services are labeled 'PayPal AI' in Wix analytics and reporting tools.

By using PayPal Agentic Commerce Services, your products can be found by shoppers who use AI chat tools and PayPal’s app. This not only helps you connect with a new audience, but makes their shopping experience faster and easier.
Who is this available for?
Currently, sites that meet the following criteria are eligible for PayPal Agentic Commerce Services:
- Based in the US
- Using PayPal as their payment provider
- Selling in US dollars
- Has the site index enabled
Notes:
- Digital products and subscription products cannot be sold through PayPal Agentic Commerce Services.
- We’re rolling this feature out gradually, so not all eligible sites currently have access.
Enabling or disabling agentic shopping
You can control whether PayPal Agentic Commerce Services are active for your store.
To update the settings, go to Sales Channels in your Wix dashboard, select PayPal Agentic Commerce Services, and update the status.
