Wix Sites Intermittently Accessible in Russia
Known Issue|Caused by an external app or service.
We are aware that some users are experiencing issues when accessing Wix.com and Wix sites in Russia. This issue is not imposed, nor caused by Wix.
We noticed that Wix IPs were blocked in the country by the Russian authorities, making it impossible for local users to sign in to Wix services, or access websites hosted on our platform.
At this point, we are trying to establish contact with Russian authorities with a request to lift the block of Wix IPs. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide you with a timeline for a solution to the current issue.
