If you have questions about your Google Workspace business emails that are unrelated to billing, adding new users, or transferring your account away from Wix, you can contact Google Workspace Support for assistance. 

To contact Google Workspace support:

  1. Sign in to your Google Workspace Admin console.
  2. Click the Support icon  at the top right.
  3. Click Contact Support at the bottom of the pop-up window.
  4. Click Google support at the bottom.
  5. Follow Google's directions to contact Google Workspace support.
