Facebook & Instagram Ads with Wix refund policy
Ad credits added to Facebook & Instagram Ads with Wix are paid with a monthly subscription. Refunds are available in the following cases:
- Within 14 days of the initial purchase of a monthly subscription.
- Refunds only apply to remaining ad credit if the campaign has ended.
Important:
You need to pause your campaign in order to be eligible for a refund. Only the amount remaining after you pause your campaign will be refunded if it's within the 14 day policy.
Subscriptions that automatically renew are not eligible for refunds. Remaining ad credit can only be refunded for initial subscriptions within the refund eligibility window.
Additional information:
- Wix gets 15% of your payment for running and optimizing your campaign, the remaining 85% goes towards your ad budget which is spent on ad impressions.
- Prices do not include VAT, which is determined based on your billing country.
- To prevent your campaign being disapproved by Meta, make sure the campaign complies with Meta's Advertising Policies.
