Currently, it is not possible to set a shipping rule where a 3rd party app handles rates for orders below a certain value, while Wix provides free shipping for orders above it. Instead, orders below the free shipping threshold default to a flat rate rather than the app's calculated rates.

As an alternative, the 3rd party app can return $0 for orders that qualify for free shipping. However, not all apps support this, and it may confuse customers at checkout.
