Currently there is no support for a dedicated headless framework and hosting for customer frontends within Wix Headless. Providing developers with a Wix CLI and a new Wix Astro-based framework would enable the creation of custom frontends more efficiently. Additionally, offering the ability to deploy these frontends to the Wix cloud hosting service would simplify the development and deployment process, ensuring a seamless workflow for builders leveraging Wix’s platform.

In the meantime you can use external frameworks and hosting providers to build and deploy custom frontends, though this requires additional effort to integrate them with Wix’s backend services.
