Developer Request: Allowing Workspace Co-Owners To Archive Custom Apps

Collecting votes
Currently it is not possible to archive custom apps as a workspace co-owner (admin). Only the workspace owner can archive apps, which creates a discrepancy between managing sites and managing apps, since admins can delete sites but cannot archive apps.
Developers would like workspace co-owners (admins) to have permissions to archive custom apps so they can:
  • Clean up old or unused test apps without involving the workspace owner.
  • Maintain a more organized workspace by regularly archiving temporary or experimental apps.
  • Align app management permissions with site management, where admins already have broader control.
In the meantime you can ask the workspace owner to archive custom apps on your behalf, or consolidate test apps under a dedicated “test” workspace where the appropriate team member is set as the owner with full archive permissions.
