Developer Request: Allowing app admins to access the payouts dashboard

Currently it is not possible for app admins to access the payouts dashboard. Only the app owner can view payout reports and transactions. Team members or admins can’t extract reports without the owner and the owner can’t grant them permission to access the dashboard.
