Developer Request: Adding Support to View App Version on a Published Site

Currently, the Get App Instance method only exposes the version installed in the editor, not the version running on the live site. Adding support for viewing the published version would enable developers to identify version discrepancies, streamline debugging, and prompt users to publish after updating their app.
