Developer Request: Adding Fixed Public Endpoints for Wix CLI Apps

Currently, Wix CLI apps do not provide a way to create fixed endpoints with static URLs. Each time an app is released, a new version is generated with its own unique URLs. Introducing fixed endpoints with static URLs would allow Wix CLI apps to receive webhooks and other incoming requests reliably, enabling stronger integrations with third-party systems.
