Connecting Privat24 as a Payment Method (Through Interkassa)

As of September 2024, Privat24 (Through Interkassa) is no longer available to connect as a payment provider in Wix. Merchants who have already connected to Privat24 can still process payments.
However, if you disconnect your Privat24 account from Wix, you will not be able to reconnect it. 
Accept payments from your customers in UAH using Privat24 as a payment method, processed by Interkassa.

  • Minimum amount per transaction: 1 UAH. 
  • The currency used in your Wix account must match the currency used in your Interkassa account. If the currencies do not match, the transactions may be declined. Learn how to change your currency

Connecting Privat24 (through Interkassa)

  1. Go to Accept Payments on your site's dashboard.
    Tip: Check your business location at the top right. If incorrect, click the drop-down menu to change it.
  2. Click See More Payment Options.
  3. Click See Options next to Third-Party Credit / Debit Card Providers.
  4. Click Connect next to Privat24.
