Connecting Office 365 to a Domain in Your Wix Account

Connect Microsoft Office 365 to your domain by adding DNS records in your Wix account. If you purchased Office 365 by GoDaddy email, follow the instructions below to connect it.
Before you begin:
Make sure you've connected your domain to the Wix name servers. If you're connected via pointing, you must set up your DNS records with your domain host (not Wix).

Step 1 | Verify Your Domain

To connect your domain to Office 365, you must verify that you own the domain. Get your TXT record from Office 365 and add it to your domain's DNS records in your Wix account. 

Step 2 | Add the Office 365 DNS Records

Next, return to the Domains page to add the Office 365 DNS records. You'll be adding MX, CNAME, TXT, and SRV records. 
Usually it takes about 15 minutes for these DNS changes to take effect, but, propagation can take up to 48 hours to complete.
Alternatively, you could switch your domain's connection method to pointing, then contact your domain host (not Wix) to edit your DNS records with them. Learn how to switch your domain connection to pointing
