CMS Request: Undoing Actions in Collections
Collecting votes
Currently, there is no way to undo individual actions you make within a CMS collection. If you accidentally delete content, change an image, or modify a field value, the only way to revert those changes is by restoring a backup of your entire collection.
This feature would allow you to quickly undo recent actions—similar to how you can undo changes in a spreadsheet—making it easier to fix mistakes without affecting your entire collection. For example, if you accidentally delete a product description or upload the wrong image, you could simply undo the action instead of restoring a backup that might affect other recent updates.
Tip:
You can currently restore a previous version of your collection by using the backup feature. Keep in mind that restoring a backup will revert your entire collection to an earlier state, not just a single action. Learn more about restoring CMS collection backups.
