Currently, in 'Multi-reference' collection fields, it is not possible to sort the order of the selected items by dragging and dropping the items into a new order. The items appear in the order in which you select them in the fields. 
This feature would allow you to sort these items by dragging and dropping them, providing greater flexibility and control over how content is displayed. For example, if you're using a 'Multi-reference' field to display related blog posts, products, or team members, you could easily arrange the order by dragging and dropping items within the field.
