A sender cannot be deleted when they are the default. You must make another sender the default before you can delete a sender.

An increase in spam rate could be due to you sending from certain public email domains. Because of the adoption of the DMARC policy by some public domain email providers (e.g. @yahoo, @aol), campaigns sent from these providers have a high chance of being rejected by the recipient's email host.

If you use an email address from an email provider that has adopted the DMARC policy, your campaigns are sent from our authenticated email addresses. Replies are still sent to the Reply-to email address you entered.

If your sender name looks different when your contacts receive your emails, it is usually because of how your contact information is saved on their device. Their inbox shows the name they have saved for you, which can override the sender name you set in your campaign. This is determined by each recipient’s contact settings and can’t be changed through Wix.

Tip: If you want to check how your sender name appears to others, try sending yourself a test email and view it on a device where your contact is not already saved under a different name.

No, it is not possible to change the profile icon for email campaigns.
