Canceling a SEPA Payment for a Premium Plan

If you have upgraded your site to a Premium plan using SEPA, then the initial status of your Premium plan is Pending Payment. Once the payment is approved (it may take up to 7 business days), then the status of your Premium plan changes to Active.
Purchases made with SEPA aren’t covered by our 14 day money back guarantee. You need to contact your bank directly if you need to cancel the payment.

To check the status of your Premium plan:

  1. Go to Billing History in your Wix account.
  2. Check the status of the plan in the Status column.
