Before you can get your own native app live and connected to Apple's App Store or Google Play, you need to purchase a Mobile App Premium plan

If you decide the plan isn't right for you, you can request a refund within the refund timeframe.

Refund policy details

You are eligible for a refund within the first 30 days from initial purchase. To get the refund, cancel your plan from Premium Subscriptions in your Wix account.

To cancel your Mobile App Premium plan:

  1. Go to Subscriptions in your Wix account.
  2. Scroll down to the site with the mobile app plan and click the More Actions icon  next to Mobile App Premium.
  3. Click Cancel Mobile App Premium.
  4. Click Cancel Now in the pop-up to confirm.
Note:
If the 30-day refund period has ended, but you believe that a refund is still warranted, complete the form to share your reasons with us. We’ll review your request.

Additional information about refunds

  • Trial period cancellations: If you cancel the plan within 72 hours of purchase (during the trial period), the original charge may be removed from your account within 20 business days, rather than being refunded.
  • Refund timeline: Refunds may take up to 20 business days to appear on your credit card statement.
  • Bank charges: Wix is not responsible for any bank fees, commissions, or overdrafts related to your purchase. Please contact your bank directly to resolve these issues.
  • Developer account fees: Wix does not cover any refund or cancellation fees for your Apple or Google developer accounts.
