Branded App: Refund Policy

Before you can get your Branded App live and connected to Apple's App Store or Google Play, first purchase a Branded App plan. After you've purchased, you are eligible to receive a refund within the refund timeframe.

Branded app refund policy details

You are eligible to receive a refund within the first 30 days from initial purchase. To get the refund, cancel your plan from Premium Subscriptions in your Wix account.

If after the time period has ended and you feel you deserve a refund, click here to tell us why and we will review your request.

Additional information:

  • If you canceled within 72 hours of a purchase (during the trial period) it is likely that the transaction was canceled before the funds settled. If this is the case, instead of receiving a refund, the original charge(s) will be removed from your account within 20 business days.
  • Please allow up to 20 business days for your refund to appear on your credit card statement.
  • Wix is not responsible for any bank charges, commissions or overdrafts. The only way to remove these charges is through direct negotiation with your bank.
  • Wix is not responsible for any refund or cancelation fees of your Apple & Google developer accounts.
