Marketing guidelines
Affirm requires that all goods sold via their service are marketed using fair and honest practices. Financing terms need to be transparent, and customers cannot be discriminated against due to personal circumstances such as age, location, gender...etc. In addition, customers should be able to opt out of receiving marketing material, if they wish.
