ADI: Adding a Transparent Header

2 min read
You can set your header to appear transparent on the homepage of your ADI site. This means that the background image in the section below the header is visible through the header.
Information to know before adding a transparent header to your site:
  • The header only appears transparent on the homepage of your site. All other pages display the header with a background color.
  • The first section immediately following the header on the homepage must include a full-width image.

Step 1 | Change Your Site Colors to Dark Mode.

  1. Click Design from the ADI top bar.
  2. Select Colors from the drop-down menu.
  3. Click Edit under Color Mode on the left.
  4. Select Dark under Color Settings.

Step 2 | Change the Image in the Section to Full-Width.

  1. Click Design in the section below the header.
  2. Choose a Section Design with a full-width image.

Step 3 | Change the Header Design to Transparent

  1. Click Design in the Header section.
  2. Click Customize Section Design.
  3. Click Transparent.
