Adding Tools to Your Wix Dashboard

Important:

This feature is available for new Wix accounts created after August 2026.

Your Wix dashboard sidebar shows the apps and pages available for your site. If you're just getting started, you can expand it by adding built-in solutions, such as Marketing, Analytics, and Customers & Leads.

When you add a solution, any Wix apps it includes are automatically installed and new pages are added to your site, giving you everything you need to get started with that part of your business.

Note:

These are Wix's tools grouped by business function, and are separate from third-party apps you install through the Wix App Market.

Adding tools to your dashboard

Add more built-in Wix tools to your sidebar to customize your dashboard around your business needs.

To add a tool to your dashboard:

  1. Go to your site's dashboard.

  2. Click + Add More Tools at the bottom of the sidebar.

  3. Browse the available tool groups.

  4. Click the tool group you want to add to your sidebar.

  5. Click Add.

Managing your dashboard tools

Once you've added tools to your sidebar, you can view details, open, or remove them at any time.

Note:

Removing a tool group hides its pages from your sidebar, but does not delete any of your data.

To manage your dashboard tools:

  1. Go to your site's dashboard.

  2. Click + Add More Tools at the bottom of the sidebar.

  3. Click Manage Tools.

  4. Click the More app actions icon next to the relevant tool.

  5. Choose what you want to do:

    • View: View more details about the tool.

    • Open: Open the tool in your dashboard.

    • Remove: Delete the tool from your dashboard.
