Adding Links to Posts in the Instagram Feed App

You can promote your business by adding links to your Instagram posts. Direct your visitors to pages on your site, Wix Stores products, or other websites.

Adding links to pages on your site

You can add links to other pages on your site in the Settings panel of the Instagram Feed app. For example, you can link a post about one of your services to the Wix Bookings page where your visitors can book the service.

To link to site pages:

Click the Instagram Feed app in your Editor.
Click Settings.
Click Links.
Click Add Custom Links.
Click to select the relevant post.
Click +Add Link.
Click Page under Link to.
Select the relevant page under Which page?.
Edit the page description text under Add a description.
Click Change Image to replace the default image if needed.
Edit the button text under Button text.
Click Save Link.
Click Done.

Adding links to Wix Stores products

You can add links to your Wix Stores products in the Settings panel of the Instagram Feed app. For example, you can link a post about one of your products to the Wix Stores product page where they can purchase it.

To link to Wix Stores products:

Click the Instagram feed app in your Editor.
Click Settings.
Click Links.
Click Add Custom Links.
Click to select the relevant post.
Click +Add Link.
Click Product under Link to.
Select the relevant product under Choose a product.
Click Change Image to replace the default image if needed.
Edit the product text under Product title.
Click the Show Price toggle to display or hide the product price.
Edit the button text under Button text.
Click Save Link.
Click Done.

Adding links to another website

You can add links to other websites in the Settings panel of the Instagram Feed app. For example, you can link a post about one of your partners to their website so your site visitors can learn more about their services.

To link to another website:

Click the Instagram feed app in your Editor.
Click Settings.
Click Links.
Click Add Custom Links.
Click to select the relevant post.
Click +Add Link.
Click Web Address under Link to.
Enter the web address you want to link to under What's the web address (URL)?.
Edit the link description text under Add a description.
Click Change Image to replace the default image if needed.
Edit the button text under Button text.
Select how you want the link to open:
- New window: When clicked, the link opens in a new browser tab.
- Current window: When clicked, the link opens in the same browser tab.
Click Save Link.
Click Done.
