Adding and Setting Up the Twism App
With the Twism app, you can use rewards to turn regular customers into loyal ones. Increase sales by automatically issuing reward coins to every customer when they make a credit card purchase.
Add the Twism app to your Wix site, set up your Twism account, and select the loyalty program that you want to offer to your customers.

Important:
- To use this app on your site, you need to have a Premium plan, a connected domain, and Wix Stores or Wix Bookings.
- This app is only available for United States of America, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

Twism app features
The Twism app lets your customers earn coins as loyalty rewards for every purchase they make on your Wix Store or Wix Bookings Service page. Your customers can also track their coin balance in the Twism rewards widget or mobile app and convert their coins into discount codes that they can use at checkout.
The Twism app has several features to help you increase your sales.
- Works seamlessly at both your physical business locations and online store
- No hardware or software needed
- Customers can manage and redeem their rewards from your website or the Twism mobile app
Note:
Discount codes for redeemed coins are generated automatically and do not require you to do any additional steps.
Adding the Twism app to your site
You can add the Twism app to your site in your site's Editor or your site's dashboard.
To add in your Editor:
- Open the App Market:
- Wix Editor: Click Add Apps
on the left side of the Editor.
- Editor X: Click App Market
at the top of Editor X.
- Wix Editor: Click Add Apps
- Type "Twism" in the search bar and select Twism from the drop-down menu.
- Click Add to Site.
- Click OK.
To add in your dashboard:
- Go to the Wix App Market in your site's dashboard.
- Type "Twism" in the search bar and select Twism from the drop-down menu.
- Click Add to Site.
- Click OK.

Setting up your Twism account
After you add the Twism app to your site, you'll be taken to the Twism website to set up your account. You can add information about the type of business you operate and select your loyalty program, refund policy, coin design, and widget customizations.
To set up your Twism account:
- Enter an email address on the Twism sign-up page.
- Click Sign Up.
- Enter your name and add a password.
- Click Create Account.
- (Optional) Select the country that your business is located and click Next.
- Select the ways that your business operates (online or physical storefront) and whether or not you offer bookings on your site.
Note: Twism only works for online business in Canada and the United Kingdom.

- Select your business categories from the the available options.
- Click Complete Registration.
- Click Set Up My Loyalty on the pop-up.
- Select the loyalty program and refund policy that you want to use. Learn more

- (Optional) Choose an image to use for your coin.
- Customize position and the look & feel of your website loyalty widget.
- Click Save & Continue.
