Wix Stores: Adding and Setting Up a Currency Converter

Make it easy for customers to view product prices in a familiar currency by adding a currency converter to your store.

Notes:
  • Currency rates are provided by XE. By clicking "Add Currencies" you agree to XE's Terms of Use.
  • The currency converter changes the display currency on your site. It doesn't change the currency of sale transactions.
  • The currency converter is not available in ADI.

To add and set up a currency converter:

  1. If you have not already done so, upgrade your site to a plan that supports converting to multiple currencies.
  2. Access the Add panel in your Editor: 
    • Wix Editor: 
      1. Click Add    on the left side of the Editor.
      2. Click Add Store Elements.
    • Editor X:
      1. Click Add Elements  at the top of Editor X.
      2. Click Store. 
  3. Scroll down to Currency Converter.
  4. Drag the converter onto your page.
  5. Click the currency converter in the Editor.
  6. Click Settings.
  7. Add the currencies you want to display:
    1. Click the Currencies tab.
    2. Click +Add Currency.
    3. Select the checkbox next to the relevant currencies.
    4. Click Save.
  8. Click Design and customize the converter's design settings:
    1. Select a background color and adjust the opacity.
    2. Select a border color and adjust the opacity and width.
    3. Select the text font and color.
