From May, 2024, Wix started charging Value Added Tax (VAT) on our services to customers in Kazakhstan.
If you are a VAT registered business in Kazakhstan with a Business Identification Number (BIN) from the Kazakhstan State Revenue Committee, you may be eligible for a tax exemption.
You can add your BIN to your Wix account by updating your payment details. The tax exemption will apply to the next subscription payment.
Updating your payment details
Update your payment details in your Wix account by adding your tax ID to get your tax exemption.
To update your payment details:
- Go to Premium Subscriptions in your Wix account.
- Click the More Actions icon next to the relevant subscription.
- Click Update payment method.
- Select the subscriptions you wish to update and click Next.
- Click Edit Details.
- Re-enter your payment information, and add your tax ID to the BIN field.
