About Domain Voucher Roles & Permissions

When you upgrade your site with selected site plans, you receive a complementary domain voucher to help you grow your business. Collaborators with Billing Manager permissions can apply the domain voucher for your site.
Site owners can view any available vouchers in the Vouchers page of their Wix account. This is a privilege of the site owner only. Co-owners cannot view the vouchers.
While Billing Managers cannot view the vouchers linked with a site they collaborate on, our system recognizes their role as a Billing Manager and, as such, will automatically apply the domain voucher to a purchase on checkout. The Billing Manager can choose to remove a voucher from the purchase, if they wish.
If, as a site owner, you wish to customize the permissions of your Billing Manager collaborator, you can do so from the Roles and Permissions page of your Wix site. This ensures that your Billing Manager can perform only the site actions you authorize.
Customizing a billing role
- Go to Roles & Permissions in your site's dashboard.
- Click the More Actions icon next to the relevant collaborator.
- Click Change Role.
- Scroll down and click Create New Role.
- Enter a Role Title and an optional description of the new role.
- Click Billing & Domains and enable only the permissions you wish your collaborator to have.
Tip: You can enable any additional permissions you'd like for the custom role. These can be outside of the Billing & Domains permissions.
- Click Save.
