AI credits give you a certain amount of usage for Symphony's AI agents, such as taking an action, reaching out to a contact, or building an automation. The number of credits each action uses depends on how complex it is and which tool your agents use.
While Symphony's AI is designed to deliver the best possible results, outcomes may vary, and we can't guarantee AI-generated outputs will meet a specific level of quality, accuracy, or relevance. Review all outputs before you use or share them. For more information and other terms that apply to AI Services, review the full Wix Terms of Service.
Understanding your AI credits
When you purchase a Symphony plan, you automatically receive AI credits. These credits refresh every month based on your plan’s purchase date, and any unused credits from the previous month expire at that time. For free plans, your AI credits reset each day (up to a maximum of 500 credits per month).
Your Symphony AI credits can only be used by your team of AI agents within Symphony. You cannot use AI credits from your Symphony plan with other Wix AI products (e.g. Wix AI assistants or Wixel). Wix Premium and Wixel plans include their own AI credit allowances which are used for those products.
When you buy AI credits through Symphony's paid plans, you are entitled to use those credits for certain designated AI features. AI credits are not a digital currency, security, commodity, or any other kind of financial instrument and are not redeemable for any cash value. AI credits are only redeemable for the specified AI features across the Wix ecosystem.
Wix reserves the right at any time to change the credit cost, the number of credits required for using AI features, and the AI tools that use credits.
Using your AI credits
Your agents use AI credits when they do background work for you. The number of credits an action uses depends on how complex it is and which tool your agents use. Your credit cost is calculated once an action runs, and your remaining balance updates in the app. The table below shows how many AI credits each plan gives you per month.
Examples of actions that use AI credits:
Running a task from start to finish
Reaching out to a contact on your behalf
Building or running an automation
Multi-step work your agents carry out in the background
Chatting with Maestro uses AI credits with the free plan only. If you upgrade, chatting does not consume credits.
| Plan | Monthly AI credits |
|---|---|
Free | 500 (up to 100 per day) |
Basic | 2,000 |
Pro | 5,000 |
Max | 12,000 (30,000 with Max+) |
Checking your AI credit balance
Check your AI credit balance at any time by opening the menu in the Symphony app and tapping the AI credits icon. You can see your current credit balance, as well as the date your credits will renew.
It can take time for credits to be deducted from your balance. If you don’t see your balance updated right away after completing a task, wait up to 15 minutes before checking again.
Renewing your AI credits
Your credits automatically reset each month, and your account is topped up with the number of credits included in your plan. Unused AI credits do not roll over to the next credit cycle.
Free plan: You can use up to 100 credits per day, up to a maximum of 500 credits per month. Credits renew each day until you have used a total of 500 credits in a single month.
Paid plans: Credits renew monthly based on the date you purchased your plan. For example, if you purchased a plan on January 10, your credits renew on the 10th of every month.
If your credits run out, your agents pause their background work until your credits renew or you upgrade.
