Wix Upgrade terms and conditions

How do I cancel/downgrade my Wix upgrade?

It's easy to cancel and as there are no cancellation fees you can cancel* (or downgrade) your upgrade at anytime.

And if you cancel in the first 14days you will receive a full refund no questions asked.

Steps to cancel: Simply email: premium@wix.com with your username and the upgraded Wix URL you wish to cancel.

    • Monthly plans won't be charged from the next month
    • Yearly plans won't be charged from the next year
    • 2 Year plans won’t be charged from the next 2 year period

Note: If you delete an upgraded Wix document it will not cancel your premium bill automatically. Please email premium@wix.com requesting cancellation.

Length of Wix Upgrade contracts:

To make it easy we offer 1 year, 2 year and monthly agreements.

  • If you sign for a monthly agreement, the contract length is one month and you are automatically billed on a monthly basis.
  • If you sign up for a yearly agreement, the contract length is one year and you are automatically billed on a yearly basis.
  • If you sign up for a 2-year agreement, the contract length is 2 years and you are automatically billed every 2years.

You can cancel your upgrade at anytime within the first 14 days and receive a full refund. No questions asked! Simply email: premium@wix.com.

Switching plans:

You can switch plans: upgrade or downgrade, at anytime. You will receive a partial fee or refund depending on the cost and type of your new plan.

If you wish to switch your premium status to a different Wix site/document email premium@wix.com with your username, the two Wix URLs and details of the change.
