How can I keep the quality but improve the loading time / speed my photos take to upload on Wix Sites?
To improve loading time and keep the quality of your photos, save your photos at 72dpi “save for web” in photoshop.
The quality of the pictures is reduced when viewing it in Wix site. Why?
You need to upload the photo in the exact size that it will be viewed.
Changing the size in of the photo in the editor can reduce the quality of the photo.
I upload photos and it views in black .Why?
It's a color profile issue - You should change the color profile to generic RGB and not Nikon RGB.
The Nikon color guide has to be disabled .You need to change the settings using photoshop before uploding the pictures to wix.
When I upload photos to Wix, I got Error 2035. What shall I do?
Error 2035 is temporary connection problem to our servers.
Please try to upload the picture again and if it doesn’t work – please contact support@wix.com.
Why do the Photos on my site first appear in low resolution?
This is designed so your pages will upload faster, and it takes a few seconds for the better version of the pic to load.
If your pics don’t improve in quality after that time, please contact us and add the URL of the doc in question. The URL you get when you ‘view’ the doc.
How do I upload a transparent GIF to Wix?
