How do I move a Wix I created in one account into a different one?
1. Simply go to My Account > rollover your Wix & click edit.
2. Once the editor is open with the required site
- leave it open
3. Go back to Wix.com > My Account and log out. (top right hand corner)
4. Then in the editor go to File > Save as. A sign up-log in box will open. Enter the username and password of the new account and then Save.
Your Wix site will appear in the My Account of the other user.

How can I reuse/save my own designs/media/objects?
The best way to reuse one of your Wix designs/object is to simply mark it, then right click your mouse and choose ‘publish media item’.
You can select up to 15 items, group them together, and then save them as a single media item. Don’t worry – you can always ungroup them later.
How to Group: once you have selected your items, click on the little box that appears on the left hand side of the selection.
How do I create the effect of "pop up" on roll?
1. Use the editor to upload your photo: Media > Photos > Select photo
2. Create a square: Clipart > Shapes, and place it on top of the picture (make sure it covers it completely)
3. Change the color of the square to the exact same color of your background.
4. Create a text box: Text > Titles and place it on top of the square.
5. Select the square and the text, click on the right button of your mouse and choose the "group items" option.
6. Click on your new 'group'. Then click: Behaviors > ‘transparency on roll’.
7. That's it, you're done!
How can I speed up my Wix site loading time?
Wix is a rich internet multimedia environment and it is very tempting to create excessive pages.
For best performance, we suggest you follow these guidelines:
1. Limit the number of animations and effects that appear on the same page.
2. Reduce the size of your media (pics, videos etc) before uploading it. In the future, this will be done automatically by our system.
3. Distribute your content on several pages. This will improve loading times and overall load.
Note: Mini Pages load all their content at once. This will be resolved in the future, but for now please be cautious with the number of photos or media players that you add to them.
