“Areas” are cool & clever building blocks to easily layout your sites/creations in seconds. They are easy to use, sticky and everything you add to it masks to the area. Area Features
Easily Layout Your Pages in Seconds
Choose 1 Area style and turn it into several blocks by resizing it (simply drag at the edges).
And you have a simple clean and effective layout / structure for your site in seconds.
Areas mask at the corners
Add pictures, text, animations...and when you place them in the corners it will automatically mask the media to match the Area's corner.- see how in the image above the corners of pictures are automatically rounded?
This makes designing a site and parts of your page, for instance with round edges, MUCH easier than ever before.
Area's are Sticky & Easy to Move Around
Everything you place inside an Area is automatically grouped. So you can easily move it around.
Resizing is Different
If you resize the Area, the stuff inside will not automatically resize. This is especially good for TEXT - if you want everything to be in Font 30 making your Area smaller won't change the font size. (Of course if you DO want to resize what's inside you can always change it yourself the same way you always do...drag at the edges)
And of course, Areas are Fully Customizable
You can change backgrounds, colors and more using the property panel at the bottom of the editor. And of course there are many Area skins you can "replace" too: minimal, grunge, sketch and more.
