How to add Contact Form to your Wix
You can easily add a contact form using the Wix editor and these simple steps.
Step 1: Select a Contact Form
Go to Widgets > Contact Forms
And choose a contact form from the gallery.
Drag and drop it onto your page.
Step 2: Edit Email: Add your email address
Click Edit Email on the bottom toolbar and add the email address you want retrieve information sent via the form.
Only enter your email address. Please do not add “ mailto:"
TIP: please be sure to check your Spam / Junk Mail in case messages sent via your contact form go there
Hint: Use Notepad (or TextEdit if you use a Mac)
A good way to make sure that you don’t have any hidden characters, or encounter any keyboard differences is to copy/paste your email address into Notepad first, and then and copy/paste it into your Wix contact form ‘Edit Email’.
The notepad copy/paste option will also help you use any Latin based language in other Wix places or other online applications.

Simply click on "Color" on the property panel (bottom of editor) and customize as you like:
