Request: Adding the Same Contact in to Multiple Workflow Steps

Currently, you can only add a contact to a single step in a workflow. Since each contact is linked to a card, you can move them to another step by moving the card. However, you cannot create a new card under a different step for the same contact.
Exception:
It is possible to have the same contact in two workflow columns if one of these columns is the "final step" (e.g. "Paid & Completed") or archive column (these columns indicate that the contact has moved through the workflow and appear to the right of a dividing line).
